Lu Ross

After earning a dual degree in Interior Design and Historic Preservation from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Lu had the pleasure of being on the interior design team at Holiday Inns in Memphis TN. From there, she discovered the commercial furniture industry and redirected her career path accordingly. Due to her design background, she was able to quickly understand the intent of her client’s design and was able to fast-track a furniture package that complemented their schematics. Lu has represented furniture brands in multiple states from Ohio to Florida. In 1997, she decided to stake her business flag in her home state of Tennessee and launch Ross Resource, a representative agency for commercial/contract furniture brands in Tennessee and Mississippi.
